In 2005, a meeting between Mr Flex and PhatJ opened the doors to a new type of community project.
Internet Radio was about to be taken into overdrive.
We both loved the music that was being created behind the closed doors of Pirate Radio.
We wanted to bring the DJ’s into the open, to interact with you, the listener.
Gone were the dull days of listening to track after track with the occasional introduction.
Now you could watch and interact with your favourite DJ or crew as if they were in the room with you.
So, we created our first studio,
where you could actually watch the DJ playing live and really feel that you are part of the family.
